Product delivery time

■ For delivery to a specific address
The delivery address is limited to one of the following countries; France (excluding Oversea Departments and Territories), Italy (excluding Campione d’Italia, Livigno, The Italian Waters of Lake Lugano), Germany (excluding Heligoland and Busingen), The Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg and Monaco. The product will be delivered between 1 and 4 days after the date of order.

If the delivery address is on a remote island, one more day will be required.

Delivery may be delayed on public holidays. Further, please note that in the event of unforeseen circumstances relating to weather conditions or transport, for example, the product may be delivered outside the planned date and time.

If further work is required, such as the engraving of initials, the product will be shipped after the time allowed for this process.

■ For in-store pick-up
When the product is ready, you will receive an email informing you of its availability at the pick-up point.
Please pick up your order within 8 days of receiving this email.
If you are unable to get to the store within this period, please let us know in advance. (Contact details of each store)

Cancellations / Returns / Exchanges

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been confirmed, please contact us immediately.

Orders can be cancelled only if the product has not yet shipped. When you submit a request, please specify the "Order number".

We do our utmost to check the quality of our products. However, in the event that the products are defective, incorrect, damaged, flawed or soiled at the time of delivery, we will replace or return these products. We will cover the shipping costs for the return of the products in this case, and we apologise in advance for the inconvenience. Do not hesitate to contact us.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason than those listed above.
