You can use Grand Seiko Boutique Online without being a member, but membership gives you access to a range of useful functions including "Address Book" and "Order History".

SSL: (Secure Socket Layer)
Boutique Online uses the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption, currently the most reliable encryption technology on the market for online transactions. This technology is used to encrypt the highly confidential customer data sent between the customer's PC and the store’s online server.
When data are encrypted with the SSL encryption, a padlock symbol is displayed in the browser status bar.
Once the reliability of the site is confirmed, you can enjoy your shopping experience to the full.
◎ If you are using an older version of your browser, you may see a message informing you that the certificate has expired. In this case, SSL communication cannot be performed correctly. We would then recommend that you upgrade to the latest version.

Payment

Payments can only be made by credit card.

The following credit cards are accepted.

AMERICAN EXPRESS, MasterCard and VISA.
You can only use your own credit card.
The number and PIN code of the credit card used to make the payment are not stored by our company.
When you enter your credit card details on the payment page and click on the "PLACE ORDER" button on the final confirmation page, your credit card information are immediately sent to the company that issued your credit card. (Data are encrypted using the SSL encryption).
If your credit card cannot be used for reasons relating to the processing methods used by the issuing company, an error message is displayed and your order will be unsuccessful.
【Note】
Under the terms of the contract between the card holder and the credit card company, we are not allowed to disclose to any third party why the authorisation for payment was refused.
Consequently, we cannot inform you why the transaction failed.
Please contact your credit card company directly for further details.

27. Receipts
Please let us know if you require a receipt.
Enter "Receipt Request" in "Special Instructions" at the bottom of the final confirmation page.
Enter the name of the recipient (e.g. your own name or the name of your company) along with the details to be included, such as: "cost of goods" or "cost of gift").
The receipt is included with the product delivered to the buyer.
If the delivery address is different from the buyer’s address, the receipt will be sent separately.
If the product is delivered to the buyer, we will also include "Order Confirmation".

Boutique Online sends the "Grand Seiko Newsletter" to all customers.
The newsletter provides an overview of our new products and special offers.

29. Requesting or cancelling the Grand Seiko Newsletter
For first-time buyers and members
Answer "Yes, Please" to the question "WOULD YOU LIKE INFORMATION ABOUT GRAND SEIKO?" on the registration page.
If you decide to suspend your subscription after becoming a member, go to "My Account'", select "My Profile" and click on "No, Thank you" in answer to the question "WOULD YOU LIKE INFORMATION ABOUT GRAND SEIKO?" .

For people who are already members of the Boutique Online
To subscribe, log into the Grand Seiko Boutique Online, select "My Profile" and answer "Yes, Please" to the question "WOULD YOU LIKE INFORMATION ABOUT GRAND SEIKO?", then update your details.
If you would like to interrupt your subscription, answer "No, Thank you" on "WOULD YOU LIKE INFORMATION ABOUT GRAND SEIKO?" and update your data.

Orders are accepted 24 hours a day, but delivery procedures and other operations take place only during business hours.
◎ We may not be able to accept your order for reasons beyond our control, such as system maintenance.
◎ Information on off-hours and public holidays will be posted on the website.

Once you have placed your order, we will send an "Order Confirmation" to the email address associated with your membership registration, or to the email address given with your order if you are not logged in as a member.
Please check and save this email or print it out and store it safely.
Please also note your order number, which appears when you place your order.
If you have any questions about your order, please contact us with your order number.

A delivery slip is enclosed with the product delivered.
If the shipping address is different from the buyer's address and you do not require a delivery slip, please state this in the "Special Instructions" section at the bottom of the order confirmation page.

If you need a "receipt", please see "27. Receipts".

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email, please contact us .
In this case, please include your name, phone number and "Order Number".

  • If you use email domain restrictions, you will not receive our emails. Please add "e-boutique@grand-seiko.eu" to your list of recipients before placing an order.
  • Depending on the security settings of your internet provider or if you are using a free email account, our emails may go to the Spam folder. If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email, please check this folder as well.

35. Remarks and requests concerning data entry
  • Any requests concerning packaging, receipts, etc. must be entered in "Special Instructions" at the bottom of the confirmation page.
  • Make sure that you enter your email address correctly when you sign up or when you enter your personal data.
Special characters cannot be used when placing orders (symbols, abbreviations, etc.).

If you use these characters, we will not be able to collect your data correctly.
In this case, we will contact you by telephone or email.
Communicating by email may take some time.
When registering as a member or entering your personal data, please include your phone number.

  • Roman numerals: I, II, III, IV, V, VI, VII, VIII, IX, X, etc.
  • Circled numbers: ①, ②, ③, ④, ⑤, ⑥, ⑦, ⑧, ⑨, ➉, etc.
  • Your name, abbreviated characters, etc.
◎ If you wish to use special characters for your name, please state this in the "Special Instructions" section at the bottom of the confirmation page. We will make sure that your name is written correctly on the delivery slip.

36. Placing an order - Members

STEP 1 - Log in
Click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page.
If you are not logged in when you select a product on the product page and click "Add to Shopping Bag", the login page will appear. After logging in, select the product again and click on "Add to Shopping Bag".

STEP 2 - Select your products
Select the product you wish to buy from the presentation page. When you select a product, the corresponding page is displayed. When you click on "Add to Shopping Bag" on this page, the login page appears.

When the "PRE-ORDER" button appears, click on it and continue the ordering process. Pay by credit card; the order will be prepared as of the product release date.

STEP 3 - Add a product to your wish list and receive an alert when it is back in stock
If you wish to add a product to your favourites, click on the "Wishlist" button on the product page.
If you are waiting for a product to be restocked, click on the "Notify Me" button on the product page.
The product is added to "Stock Notification” at the bottom of the "My Account" page. We will contact you as soon as the product is available.

STEP 4 - Enter your personalised products
Check the details of the selected product and specify the type of fit and wrist size if you choose a model with a metal bracelet.

STEP 5 - Check your cart
Check your cart.
If you wish to add more products, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the products page. You can then add more products to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button at the bottom of the product page. Click on the "x" button to remove a product from the cart.

STEP 6 - Select the delivery method
Please select "Pick up in store" or "Deliver to specified address".

STEP 7 - Select the delivery address
If you have selected "Deliver to specified address" as your delivery method, please enter your delivery address.
If your delivery address has already been saved in your address book, click on the "Address Book" link. You can then select a delivery address, which will be completed automatically.

STEP 8 - Enter payment and billing information
Only credit cards are accepted for payment. Please complete the information required. If the billing address is different from the delivery address, please enter the billing address separately.

If you need a "receipt", please see "27. Receipts".
If you have any other requests or queries, for example, if the order is a gift and you do not need a delivery note, please specify this in the "Special Instructions" section.

STEP 9 - Final confirmation
Confirm your order details, delivery method, shipping address, and payment and billing information.
Please read the "Terms of Use" and "Privacy Policy" and check the box to accept them. Then click on the "PLACE ORDER" button.

STEP 10 - Your order is complete
Your order is complete when your browser displays the "Thank you for your order" confirmation page.
Make sure your order number is displayed. You will also receive an "Order Confirmation" email when your order is placed.

This order number is required if you need to contact us after placing your order. Please print out the order confirmation page or make a note of the order number.

37. Placing an order - Guests

STEP 1 - Select products
Select the product you wish to buy from the presentation page. When you select a product, the corresponding page is displayed. When you click on "Add to Shopping Bag" on this page, the login page appears.

If you wish to make a purchase as a member, click on the "My Account" button at the top of the page to register.
Once you have registered, log in and go back to the product page, then click on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button.
A new page will open, showing you the cart with the selected product. (For more information on membership benefits, please see Section 6: Benefits of membership in the "Terms of Membership".

If you wish to make a purchase without registering, click on the "Checkout as Guest" button on the left of the login screen. A new page will open, showing you the cart with the selected products.

STEP 2 - Enter your personalised products
Check the details of the selected product and specify the type of fit and wrist size if you choose a model with a metal bracelet.

STEP 3 - Check your shopping bag
Check your shopping bag.
If you wish to add more products, click the "Back" button on your browser to return to the products page. You can then add more products to your cart by clicking on the "Add to Shopping Bag" button at the bottom of the product page. Click on the "x" button to remove a product from the basket.

STEP 4 - Select the delivery method
Please select "Pick up in store" or "Deliver to specified address".

STEP 5 - Select the delivery address
If you have selected "Deliver to specified address" as your delivery method, please enter your delivery address.

STEP 6 - Enter payment and billing information

If the product is displayed as "Out of Stock" on the corresponding page, it cannot be purchased through the Boutique Online at this time.

However, some products may be restocked.

If you are a Boutique Online member and would like to receive an alert when a product is back in stock, go to your account page by clicking on the "My Account" button at the top of the page.
When you have logged in, go back to the product page and click on the "Notify Me" button.
The product is added to "Stock Notification” at the bottom of the "My Account" page.

You will receive an email as soon as the product is back in stock.
